Divine Haven Homecare and AFH makes sure that at least one staff is on duty at all times to ensure our program goals for each resident are met. We ensure that all employees responsible for the administration of our services are trained and well-oriented with the needs and preferences of each resident. Apart from ensuring they are experts in providing services with quality, we also see to it that they have the compassion to build rapport and connection with residents and other staff members.
All of our staff members are required to train on First Aid & Choking, Fire Safety, Medication Monitoring, and Standard Precautions. Other trainings that may be offered include Food Safety and Recognizing and Responding to Challenging Behaviors.
