Divine Home AFH offers living arrangements suited for residents requiring special care and attention. Our homes are ranch-styled and are located throughout Dane County, Wisconsin. There is also a formal dining area, kitchen, and living room on the main floor, laundry facilities, storage, and a basement. We are confident that our residents will love the comfort and home-feeling Divine Haven Homecare and AFH has to provide.
Our homes are certified as a 2-bedroom adult family home or licensed as 3-4 bedroom home designed to serve 18 years or older, with developmental disabilities, advanced age, traumatic brain injury, are emotionally disturbed/mentally ill, or physically disabled. Our staff are available at the home when the clients are present. Apart from providing homely shelter, we also deliver excellent care for all residents.
Aside from ensuring the safety and homely atmosphere of our homes, we’ve also made sure that other establishments are easily accessible. All our homes are close to grocery stores, community centers, and they are all bus routes.
